Our recently renovated and tastefully decorated 60m2 apartment was designed by a team of professional interior architects with high-quality materials to provide you with maximum comfort. Upon entering, you will be impressed by the high ceilings and beautiful moldings that add a touch of charm and elegance to the space.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the master bedroom include storage space for your personal belongings. You can also relax in style with a smart TV and enjoy the hotel-quality bedding with cozy duvets, sheets, and pillows, as well as towels. A large shower room with toilet is attached to the bedroom.

The cozy living area features a lounge area with a double convertible sofa, and a table for 4, perfect for your meals, work, or simply enjoying your stay. We also offer ultra-fast WiFi thanks to Fiber and two Smart TVs for your entertainment.

Welcome to the charming neighborhood of Saint-Lambert! Located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, this area offers a peaceful and residential atmosphere, while still being close to many popular tourist attractions. The apartment is located on the Rue de Dantzig.

The apartment is also conveniently located near the charming Parc Georges-Brassens, which is just a 5 minute walk away. This beautiful park is a great place to relax and enjoy the greenery of Paris, with plenty of walking paths, playgrounds, and even a weekend market. Don't miss the opportunity to explore this lovely park during your stay!

Within walking distance of the apartment, you'll find plenty of local shops, bakeries, and restaurants to explore. Some nearby restaurant recommendations include Chez Papa, a cozy and authentic French restaurant serving delicious regional cuisine, and Le Verre Siffleur, a wine bar and restaurant offering a refined and creative cuisine.

The apartment is well-served by public transportation. You will find several metro stations near the apartment, including Convention station (line 12) and Porte de Versailles station (line 12 and line 8), which will allow you to easily travel around the city. Both of these stations are less than a 10-minute walk away.

If you prefer to use a bike, you can also find self-service bike stations (Vélib') near the apartment.

As for parking, with a bit of luck, you may find paid street parking on Rue Dantzig.

Although our apartment is located on the ground floor and faces directly onto the street, it benefits from excellent ventilation and is well aired thanks to the air conditioning to ensure optimal comfort. Please note that there is a small openable window in the living room, but the smoked storefront is sufficient to bring in natural light.
